Contrary to most, I actually like Mondays. For me, it's a new beginning. Last week is over, with all it's shortcomings, failings, and disappointments. Mondays give me a fresh start ~ another try. Sure, there are joys and victories in those previous weeks, but the weekend allows me to pray, rest, and ponder more fully those days gone by. When we have a 'week-gone-bad', I know that the Lord, in His infinite mercy will faithfully bring another Monday. Great is His faithfulness and His mercies are new every morning. I know this.
